Undoubtedly the sausage casings, having the unique characteristics, are an irreplaceable packing material in the food industry. However, being an all natural product, it carries the potential of defects. Thus, our main goal and challenge is to do our best to minimize its defects and strengthen all the benefits in order to insure the best results for our clients according to their specific needs and requirements.

Since 1991 our company Mäspoma spol s r.o. has been a reliable supplier of natural casings and spices for meat industry in the region of the whole Central-Eastern Europe. From the very beginning we started building our production facilities and in 1996 we established our casings workshop in Presov (East Slovakia) under the name Naturcasings s.r.o. The workshop is approved by EU veterinary number SK 8 ES.

At the present, we offer a complete portfolio of hog, sheep and beef casings to our clients. We deliver casings in various specification, measurement and packing standards, tubed or ready-to-use in nets. Mäspoma’s central logistic position in the ‘heart of Europe’ enables us to maintain flexible and prompt distribution system, supported by our subsidiaries in Czech Republic and Hungary as well.

In 2007 Mäspoma spol. s r.o. implemented Food safety management system ISO 22000 which guarantees significant quality to our customers and confirms high safety and hygienic standards in our production process.
